LEROY C. ABBOTT SOCIETY 
The UCSF Abbott Society is open to all former residents, fellows and UCSF faculty members. The Abbott Society is the alumni organization of UCSF Orthopedic Surgery. It has been in existence for over 50 years and exists to facilitate Resident and practicing Orthopedic Surgeon education, and facilitate interactions of the UCSF Alumni.

Annual Events Include:
•    AAOS Abbott Society Cocktail Reception-It was a great time in SF this year, so fun to see so many old friends. Can’t wait to see you in San Diego next year! 
•    Inman-Abbott meeting - 2024 features Rick Wright, MD, Sports Surgeon and Chairman of Orthopaedics Vanderbilt University as the 68th Abbott Professor and Kevin Louie, MD former UCSF Resident and local SF Orthopedic legend will be the 55st Inman Professor.
•    Best Resident Presentation awards at the AS meeting which total over $2000.
